Treasure Island Resort is a new beachfront condominium resort offering 2 bedroom condo rentals here at discount rates. The resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay in Panama City Beach, Florida. A mile and a half from St. Andrews State Park, the resort enjoys a location convenient to all the area offers. A wide variety of recreational activities are available in the area, including para-sailing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, surfing and boogie boarding.

The Treasure Island Resort, completed in 2005, has a tropical flavor with modern amenities. The view from the outdoor pool is fantastic, presenting the illusion of actually being on the beach (see picture below), and there is a separate pool for children. A gazebo next to the pool provides solace from the sun. There is a fitness room on site with modern equipment and a sauna for guest use.

For recreation, there is a game room and billiards table. Barbeque grills are located on the property for outdoor grilling. Also, two highly acclaimed public golf courses are located just a mile and a half from the resort, The Meadows and the Nicklaus Course, formerly Lagoon Legends. The Meadows measures 6,942 yards from the championship tees and was designated as the number one slope-rated course in the continental United States, while the Nicklaus Course opened in late 2005 to rave reviews.

Each of the 2 bedroom condo rentals at Treasure Island feature unique decor. Full kitchens with granite countertops, double-wide refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers and microwave ovens allow for complete autonomy. Washers and dryers are also standard. Every condo features cable television and video players, and some have high-speed Internet access. Private balconies are great for relaxing and, provide fantastic views. Each condo offers one king bed, one queen bed or two twin beds, one bunk bed, and one sofa bed.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break period (3/18-4/21). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
