Sundestin Beach Resort is a 8-story beachfront resort in Destin, Florida located across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park on a beach fronting the Gulf of Mexico. Henderson State Park, which offers hiking along dune-lined nature trails replete with wildlife, is one and one-quarter miles away.

Sundestin offers oceanside dining at Sunny D's Beachside Bar, a tiki bar serving traditional barbecue fare, pizza and refreshments. High-speed wireless Internet access and fax service are available for a fee. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a spa tub and barbecue grills. A fitness center, game room, gift shop and shuffleboard courts are also available.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent in front of the resort. The resort's kid's club, which offers organized activities including arts and crafts, is open during select hours each day. Sundestin Beach Resort provides a vending-style movie rental machine. Guests have access to up to two complimentary movies at a time, including new releases.

The condo rentals at Sundestin Beach Resort are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils.
