Pelican Beach Resort in Destin is a beachfront condominium resort offering 1 and 2 bedroom condo rentals within walking distance of Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. This condo resort is also within walking distance to other family attractions, including The Track Family Recreation Center, one-half mile from the resort. Henderson State Park, which is a popular spot for hiking, fishing, swimming and picnicking, is just 3 miles east of the resort.

Towering 19 stories above the beach, the Pelican Beach Resort offers impressive views of the Emerald Coast and easy access to the beach. In season, a poolside deli and provisions shop offer snacks and necessities, and frosty beverages are served at the resort's beachfront bar. The resort also features 10 conference and meeting rooms. Catering and audiovisual services are also available.

The resort boasts three outdoor pools and a children's pool. There is also a fitness center, tennis courts and two spa tubs. Kid-friendly amenities at Pelican Beach Resort include an arcade/game room and Kid's Club.

Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult at least 25 years old. Between March 20 and April 8, the ratio for each reservation must be one parent, guardian or responsible adult per every two underage youths. During the Spring Break period of March 24 through April 21, special registration policies will be in effect, and visitors are not permitted. A security deposit will be collected at check-in. Fees are determined by the hotel and subject to change. This deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the condo unit.
