The Dunes of Seagrove features 2 bedroom beachfront condo rentals located in Northwest Florida along the Scenic Highway 30-A and the beaches of South Walton, just 20 minutes from Destin and a fifteen minute drive from Panama City Beach. The Merchants of Seaside, where guests can visit a variety of eclectic shops, boutiques and art galleries, is also just ten minutes away.

This Seagrove Beach mid-rise condo resort features a unique, 7500-square-foot lagoon pool, barbecue grills and spa tub. Tennis courts, beach volleyball and a fitness center with sauna and steam room keep active guests busy at the Dunes of Seagrove. Video rentals are available at the front desk for guests desiring a relaxing night in. Complimentary beach service is available from March to October.

Dunes of Seagrove feature non-smoking, two-bedroom condo rentals that have live-in comforts such as satellite televisions with VCR's, washer/dryer units, and sofa beds. Guests are encouraged to take full advantage of kitchen units that come complete with refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, and utensils. Each condo also features a balcony, many of which have coastline views of the gulf. All bathrooms have cultured marble vanity tops, and master bathrooms feature whirlpool tubs. Some condo units feature covered parking. Typical bedding features one king or queen bed in the master bedroom, a king, queen, two twins, or set of bunks in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Some condo units have a bonus alcove with a set of bunk beds. Some condos can accommodate a maximum 6-8 guests, depending on bedding. Please note request if needing to accommodate 8 when booking your stay.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the condo rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break period (3/18-4/21). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
