Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort is located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida 1 mile from Epcot and 2 miles from Downtown Disney and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. The resort offers complimentary transportation to all the Disney Theme Parks.

Located On The Sassagoula River, Port Orleans Riverside is reminiscent of the heyday of the Mississippi River, with a Steam Boat-themed lobby and a huge Paddle-wheel near Boatwright’s Dining Hall. Boatwright’s Serves southern favorites. For a more casual setting, guests can grab a bite to eat at the Riverside Mill Food Court, which is next to a 32-foot wheel that operates a working cotton press.

The Port Orleans Riverside Resort offers six heated swimming pools. One of the pools is on a three acre complex called Ol’ Man Island, created to look like an old time water hole with rope swings, waterslide and children’s play area. Nearby, Fishing Holes are stocked for catch-and-release fun. Guests can also rent bicycles and boats. Romance and fun are available nightly with horse-drawn carriage rides throughout the resort. There is also an arcade to keep everyone entertained.


Port Orleans Riverside Resort guestrooms are decorated with rustic and antebellum themes, including hickory woodwork. Each room features in-room safes, refrigerators and cable television. Most rooms are available with two double beds. A limited amount of rooms with king-size beds are also available. Disabled accessible rooms available. Additional amenities include in-room pizza delivery, Non smoking rooms available, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers and coffee pots.
