Coconut Villas is a newly renovated boutique condo resort which offers cabana styled studios and villas with full kitchens across the street from the Redington Shores Fishing Pier and the beach.

Miles of wide sandy beaches and emerald waters offer opportunities for swimming, fishing, boating and other water activities. Shopping, restaurants and the world-famous John's Pass Village are minutes away.

This newly renovated boutique condo resort is beautifully landscaped, and features a crystal-blue heated free-form pool with a brick sundeck. On-site parking is free. Laundry facilities are available.

There is a Beach Trolley that is available every half hour which provides constant transportation from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach and everything in between, including downtown St. Petersburg and John's Pass Village.


Coconut Villas offers villas and studio suites here at special discount rates. Each beach cabana-style villa offered at Coconut Villas feature "Tommy Bahama"-style furnishings, and are equipped with full kitchens with refrigerators, full stoves, microwaves, coffee makers with complimentary coffee, blenders, toasters, and cookware.
