Celadon Beach Resort is a beachfront high rise condo resort located on the sandy shores of Panama City Beach, Florida. Celadon guests will be surrounded by breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort is situated on the west end of Panama City Beach near the entertainment and shopping district. Golf packages are available for guests to tee up at one of the six golf courses within twenty miles.

Highlights of this 23-story condo resort include a tropical gulf-side (heated) pool, indoor pool with spa, large deck with dune walkovers and barbecue area. For guests who like to stay active on vacation, there are all-weather soft tennis courts and a fitness center, with a variety of aerobic machines.

Celadon Beach guests won't have to bear the heat of the Florida sun on their way into the resort, due to the air-conditioned walkway leading from the parking area to the main lobby. This property offers a seasonal Kid's Club, with a variety of activities, and a game room to give parents a break.

The Celadon Beach Resort offers 1 and 2 bedroom condo rentals with all the luxuries and conveniences of home, including cable television with VCR, washer and dryer, and a bathroom with marble baths. The condos have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, toaster and breakfast bar. Additional amenities include coffee/tea maker, climate control, clock radio, iron/ironing board, balcony, ceiling fan, shower/tub combination, voice mail, and sofa bed.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

Pets are not permitted in condo rental units under any condition. No exceptions. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area. Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.
