The Calypso Resort & Towers is located on the popular Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach. The towering condo resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just one half-mile from oceanfront surf shops and restaurants. There is a plethora of family-friendly options within an easy drive of the Calypso, including Aquatic Adventures, Shipwreck Island Water Park, and Sea Dragon Pirate Cruises. Snorkeling is a popular pastime on the coastlines of Panama City Beach and in St. Andrew’s State Park, located just 10 miles away.

The new Calypso Resort & Towers, with the completed phases opened in 2006, is made up of three towers, two of which face the ocean and one which is located across Front Beach Road. The resort features two resort-style pools on site. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobbies and other public spaces, and there is a business center on site. Calypso guests receive exclusive access to the resort’s private beach with beach service, and have access to a fitness center (opening Spring 2007).

The Calypso resort offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condo rentals with separate living areas, kitchens, and private balconies. 32-inch cable televisions are featured in the living rooms, and bedrooms are equipped with 20-inch televisions. VCRs and DVD players are included, and all rooms of each condo have wireless Internet access. Bedrooms have walk-in closets, and each condo unit has its own washer/dryer. 1 bedroom condos offer one king bed in main bedroom and one queen sofa bed in living room. 2 bedroom condos offer one king bed in main bedroom, one queen bed or two twin beds in second bedroom, and one queen sofa bed in living room. 3 bedroom condo rentals offer one king bed in main bedroom, one queen bed in second bedroom, two twin beds in third bedroom, and one queen sofa bed in living room.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Singles under the age of 25 are prohibited from booking a condo unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.

All properties prohibit on-site parking of recreational vehicles, watercraft (boats, jet skis, trailers, etc.) and restrict the number of vehicles per condo rental unit. Please be sure to ask your reservation specialist to inform you of parking regulations prior to making a reservation.
